- Hardness
Aluminium materials' hardness is related to the alloy's chemical composition and the state it is in. The 7 series has the highest hardness, followed by the 2 series, 6 series, 5 series, 3 series, and 1 series.
- Strength
When designing products with aluminium alloy components, strength is an essential factor to consider. Pure aluminium has the lowest strength, while 2-series and 7-series heat-treated alloys have the highest strength. Strength and hardness have a positive relationship.
- Corrosion resistance
Corrosion resistance includes chemical corrosion resistance, electrochemical corrosion resistance, stress corrosion resistance, and other properties. Pure aluminium has the best corrosion resistance, followed by the 5 series, 3 series, 6 series, 2 series, and 7 series. The selection principle of corrosion resistance should be determined according to its application.
- Processing performance
Machinability includes formability and cutting performance. The formability of fully annealed material is the best, and conversely, the formability of heat-treated material is the worst. Aluminium alloys with higher strength have better machinability. Machinability is an important consideration for products that require machining, such as moulds and mechanical parts.

We choose A0 degree aluminum ingot as raw material.
The most used 6063-T5 and 6061-T6 aluminum alloy comply with national standards GB/T5237.
We do extruding with designed moulds to get different shape of profiles.
The strength and toughness of the profiles are ensured by aging treatments.
Surface treatment like powder coating, anodizing and electrophosis are required to protect the profile and get good-looking surface.
We do offer machining services like milling, drilling, bending, threading, etc.
All products will be inspected strictly before packing.
After you place your order, we will check again and suggest you the best packaging method based on different shapes of products (including but not limited to kraft paper packaging/bubble wrap/wooden box packaging).
We provide different packages for different products to make sure the goods can stay good during long-time shipping. And we can do customization according to your requirement.
Usually we will use kraft paper, bubble wrap, plastic protective film, cartons, wood crate and pallet, ect.
Usually we need 15-45 days for production, and we would communicate with customers about all details for shipping a week earlier before goods are ready.
