Door Panel Materials
- Solid wood: The base material is generally American oak or cherry wood. In China, it is generally more common.
- MDF series: UV board, painted board, blister board The substrate is a density board substrate. Except for the UV-varnished board a few years ago, the particleboard substrate was used. There are very few now.
- Glass series: The diamond plate is 5mm tempered glass covered with film or painted on the frame. The crystal steel plate is glass with a surface of 0.5–1 mm attached to the MDF film. The frame is an aluminium alloy.
- Particleboard series: commonly known as double veneer Among them, there are ordinary double finishes and bright double finishes. Among them, the bright double finish is of a higher grade. The price is more expensive. There is also a double finish with an embossed surface. Dual-finish colours are the most available, economical, and durable.
- Stainless Steel Series: The base material is particle board or MDF, and the surface is covered with stainless steel leather. The frame is stainless steel.
- Fireproof board: The base material is MDF, or particle board. The surface is pressed onto the fireproof board with a cold press. This type of door panel sold well a few years ago. Few are made now, and there are also very high-grade fireproof boards. The household price is higher, but the grades are very good. They are generally used for tooling and the like.

We choose A0 degree aluminum ingot as raw material.
The most used 6063-T5 and 6061-T6 aluminum alloy comply with national standards GB/T5237.
We do extruding with designed moulds to get different shape of profiles.
The strength and toughness of the profiles are ensured by aging treatments.
Surface treatment like powder coating, anodizing and electrophosis are required to protect the profile and get good-looking surface.
We do offer machining services like milling, drilling, bending, threading, etc.
All products will be inspected strictly before packing.
